Twine!

I am back again here with a new challenge that is beginning over at Simon Says and this week the DT are using Twine, so many different ones in the store and this seems to be another popular trend that has circled it's way around blog land and creating...

The card that I created was a more graphic feel to it, using Hexagon cut outs from pattern paper, adding a circle die cut window with sprayed Veneer cut outs and a sentiment, finishing off with a white gel pen to define the window area and adding May Arts Twine either side of the circle die cut...

Happy Birthday Chari!!

Hello there friends, a special post today for a special gal, Chari, today Chari celebrates her birthday and a few of us crafters are celebrating her day by doing a blog hop, the lovely and sweet Danielle and Linda organised a few of us to create birthday cards for her to view when she wakes up...I am sure this will be a great birthday present, so have a wonderful day sweet girl, big happy birthday wishes to you...

Here is the card that I create, with my usual style of less is more...

This card is also my third attempt in having this card up in time on my blog and a big FAIL happened, what with work being so hectic and life this week like out of control there was no time to have Chari's card organised ahead of time, so hence having to try and create something at the last minute, if the first card had gone to plan then I would have made it in time, but that just wasn't going to happen...but as the old saying goes, better late then never, right??? :/

Welcome Lila!

Hi everyone! today I am here with many other talented gals in the crafting industry to share some creations for one of the sweetest ladies in the industry, Jennifer McGuire, as we all know she gave birth to a beautiful little bundle called Lila Grace, she was welcomed into this world on Mothers Day and what a perfect gift for not only Jennifer but to also Ken her husband and their other gorgeous kids Kay, Audrey and Colin...

Her sweet friend Jana Millen has arranged for all this wonderful day to come together and with help from a few other talented gals, you will be able to view all the cards in one place, be sure to pop on over to Jana's blog to view all the creations in welcoming sweet little Lila..
